Research Exprience:
Dr. Li Liang obtained PhD degree at Fudan University. After she finished postdoctoral studies at Laval University, She joined Jiangnan University. Now she is a Professor of State Key Lab of Food Science and Technology and School of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University. Her research interests include protein structure and function, encapsulation and protection of bioactive components, and functional food. She was in Young Global Experts (known as “the Young Thousand Talents Plan”) of China. 2012.
