Research Area: Rapid detection of food safety factor, Pollution control measures in food processing

Research Exprience:
Weirong Yao received her Bachelor in Jiangnan University and kept academic research in Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Agricoles et Alimentaires in France after completing her PhD. As a director of Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (Branch of Food Safety and Standards Technology) and Food Safety and Quality Control Research Center, she focuses on food safety in the long term.
She has published more than 160 papers in domestic and overseas journal, over 50 papers were indexed by SCI. 20 projects, 5 books and 10 authorized patents were greatly promoted the development of food safety research.
